Responsible for company strategic HR operations to include manpower planning, induction, government relations & compliance, training, and employee exit, in addition to performance Quality and process improvement for all HR areas.

Responsible for management of the General Directorate’s plant control activities, to include effective liaison and representation with manufacturing consortium, plant production, support departments, Quality auditing agencies, supply chain entities, government and principality offices.
Responsible for devising and maintaining effective training programs and upholding the interface between the US trainers and Saudi Land Forces with the mission of modernizing the latter.
Responsible for basic accounting operations, accounts reconciliations, payroll processing, bank transactions and maintenance & analysis of insurance policies and payments.
