Manage over than 40 persons in the production hall to achieve the daily production plan according to the work order
which released from the production system (Savior).Built out data system (Savior) to control the work orders and
material control in the production hall. Designing and implementing new production schedule to reduce loss in labor
and inventory. Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations. Increasing production,
machines capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping. Fixing the process troubles. Researching and
testing new materials for production.
Problem Solving:-
a-Spring back of metal sheets joints
Description:
After seaming the metal sheets together to produce the door.The door sheets separated at the customer site
Solution:
Change the joint design to enlarge and deep the folding land with dual lock joint.
b-Major dents of the rollup doors
Description:
After installing the door at the customer site we were receiving customer complaint from the bending and
dent on the door surface.
Solution:
Review the technical data sheet (TDS) of the raw material and advise the supplier to enhance the mechanical
properties and chemical composites according to our requirements.
c-Noisy roll up door
Description:
After installing the door at the customer site we were receiving customer complaint from very loud sound
while door opening and closing.
Solution:
Change the material of the axle of the door.
d-Material handling in the production hall
Description:
The semi-finished product was pulled on the floor to the next process.
Solution:
Change the factory layout to make correlated processes more close, make movable stands.
e-Finished goods handling
Description:
The finished product was dispatched by forklifts.
Solution:
Avoiding touch of the forklifts with the doors by putting the doors in cages.
f-Finished goods packaging
Description:
The old packing corrugated carton not sufficient to protect the door
Solution:
Change the corrugated carton to honeycomb carton to save the doors and the money as a cost reduction.

Solution:
Change the coverage percentage to match with attenuation limits with the available wire constructions.
b- Cables color matrix
Description:
The automotive wire section didn’t have color schedule that leads to spend more time and material to
accurate the right color
Solution:
Make a color matrix that creates right sequence for the cable production.

Solution:
Arrange the raw material feeding and machines outputs to avoid any machine stoppages
b- ERP system is not coherent with production
