•Responsible of all daily coordination activities; make sure the gate started at 8:15 am every day, cases received and distributed among the staff, make sure that working process working smoothly.
•Handling applicants complains and deal with troublemaker applicants.
•Respond to all staff inquiries regarding applicant’s requests.
•Respond to all inquiries and requests from other units.
•Making sure all unit devices (computers, printers and photocopiers) working probably.
•Booking interpreters and make sure interpreters available for each interview.
•Focal point of closure interview.
•Focal point of receiving updated contacts forms and update the “progress” system on daily bases.
•Conducting registration interviews, prepares, and issue documentation for asylum seekers and refugees.
•Focus on identification of cases with specific needs for proper referral channel.
•Identify and follow-up of cases with specific needs according to standard operating procedures.
•Verifying and renewing cards, Update and validate registration data in UNHCR’s database ‘Progres’ on daily bases & conducting litigation interviews.
•Conducting home visit interview based on the medical condition of applicants.
•Counselling asylum seekers and refugees about their rights, procedures in office and our partners.
•Travelling outside Cairo for Registration missions based on operation’s demand.
Rotational Tasks
•Focal point of reactivation interview.
•Focal point of closure interview, make sure of sending closure and other letters to MFA Egypt.
•Act as a backup to handle reception including gate management, queries and/or other related activities, including counseling of persons of UNHCR’s concern.
•Data clean-up for UNHCR’s files and database ‘Progres’
•Writing products description both in Arabic & English and upload it on the company's website.
•Responsible of the coordination between Marketing, IT departments and Courier Company.
•Handling all customer inquiries via phone, making confirmation calls before and after delivery.
•Monitoring products stocks on the website, removing discontinued products & adding new one.
•Sending reports on daily basis to my direct supervisor about the new products and available stocks.
•Responsible of all Admin and Logistics papers of the company's website.
• Provide a friendly, helpful service to customers, to maintain a positive attitude.
•Handling customer's complaints and provide them with the appropriate solutions.
•Ensuring all handsets in excellent condition, priced, and labelled correctly and put out for sale.
•Brief other store agents with new products updates, procedures.
•Sending daily report store manager about the delay orders and urgently problems.
