Develop, implement, and manage contract change order mechanism
Provide support to PM in tracking and following up project invoices and payments dues.
Attending all meetings concerning progress, technical contractual matters, and assists in taking and issuing minutes of such meetings.
Conducting investigations into any technical changes or contractual disputes.
Providing expert advice to colleagues on any issues that may arise.
Regularly monitoring the performance of contracted services to ensure services are effective
Ensuring that notices and certificates are issued and received in accordance with the main contract and subcontracts.
Evaluating potential claims, preparing claim merit, filing claim, following upon filed claims and negotiating settlements.
Preparing arbitration documentation and providing support for legal counsel.
Making sure that all procurement and contracting activities are carried out in accordance with legislation & company policy.
Supporting senior managers in the development of risk and policy documentation.
Safeguarding the company’s interests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and implementing turnkey strategic sales initiatives to consistently chart a rising business curve for company products.
• Formulating tender and contract documents, evaluating tender proposals and making recommendations to the upper management for selection of contract on the basis of tender superiority.
• Defining and analyzing client specific requirements, providing personalized services/packages as per their genuine needs, and preparing proposals to finalize sales agreements.
• Finalizing sales and negotiating contractual details. Performing costing, compilation of bills of quantities, as well as preparation of reports pertaining business/revenue generation.
• Planning and executing sales and marketing programs, devising technical awareness campaign strategies to drive business and educate end-users.
• Leading and training existing/new sales personnel joining the organization on various aspects of selling strategies, conducting drives to ensure client awareness about up-gradations in products.
• Interacting with clients directly to make presentations highlighting product USPs and real time demonstrations.
• Offering superior client service to ensure total customer satisfaction. Employing a high degree of tact and diplomacy while promoting a positive image of the company.
