- Build the annual budget with the factory manager, production manager, quality manager, maintenance manager.
- Responsible for following up the key performance indicators on daily, weekly and monthly basis like productivity, efficiency compliance with the monthly budget and raw material, packing material consumption, working house and efficiency
- Justify the deviations from the budget and split this variance effects between (process, formulation and price effect), explain with the losses reasons & the responsible departments and effects on the total company results, then make actions plan to be back on the right path and follow the plan implementation.
- Analyze the use of resources and how to optimize the production formulas to ensure efficient use of resources as reflection of raw materials prices change.
- Preparing the monthly results and comparing it to the monthly budget and explain the deviations if any differences.
- Identifying the total industrial costs till the industrial transfer price.
- Review and check the production orders cost on the ERP system, and allocation of direct materials per order.
- Review the monthly cost of labor and working hour’s indicators (EGP/hour, seconds/KG).and monthly effect versus flexible budget.
- Calculate the monthly contribution margin by category, market and item.

- Calculate cost of products and production lines from materials, labor & overhead applied cost.
- Work on excel sheet for following up the products cost on the several processes.
- Develop, implement, and monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions to ensure that they are accurate and timely.
- Prepare perpetual inventory stocktaking.
- Perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies using all available resources to identify root causes and supply possible solutions.
- Audit all the warehouses transactions on SAP.
- Monitor warehouse and store transfers for accuracy and cost effectiveness as directed by Production and Warehouse Management.
