Project Initiation
My role in this phase to propose and set the project organization on the basis of the required competencies and the available staff and hiring new staff if required and preparing all the project documents to handle it from the tendering department to all relatives (Projects, Procurement, Planning, Financial, Equipment, Human resources and administration)
1. Preparing all the required documents to sign the contract with the client
2. Set the construction strategy as set in tender phase (Joint venture, Consortium, Subcontractors or in house construction)
3. Preparing the project scheduling
4. Extracting the material, equipment and manpower list
5. Preparing all submittals to deliver it the projects
6. Set the approved budget of the project with the top management (CEO)
7. Preparing the RFP in case of subcontractors

My role in this phase is my main duty to implement the strategy and plan which set and approved before during the execution of project activities required to produce project deliverables and including but not limited to the following
1. Manage project progress by applying performance reporting, analysis, and progress measurement techniques to ensure activities are executed as planned and raise different project reports for the different stakeholder as suitable for each them
2. Communicate project progress to project team members and other stakeholders
3. Implement quality assurance measures and corrective action plans if required
4. Understand the importance of effective development, leading and management of project teams
5. Measure and monitor project performance by gathering accurate information and comparing results to the baseline plan
6. Manage project scope changes and identify needs for corrective action, obtain approvals, perform appropriate actions and evaluate effectiveness
7. Reassess and update project control plans and practices to ensure effectiveness
8. Obtain final acceptance of deliverables from appropriate stakeholders and facilitate administrative and financial closure
