•Maintain good relationship with senior district officials of associated departments(Health, ICDS, Education and Others)
•During the deworming program ensure that coordination committee meeting are convened, deworming program is an agenda item, discussion and decision for deworming program are taken, minutes of the meeting completed and circulated among concerned stakeholders.
•Interact and liasoning with regional and district representatives of development partners and any other as guided by state team.
•Assist state team in supporting the orientation of the district Coordinators and provide guidance and supervision to their task.
•Monitor trainings on deworming at district and block with support of DCs and identify training opportunities of deferent programs to orient, train, and sensitize officials.
•Support state team in conducting program monitoring, including training, monitoring and independent monitoring conducted by research agency and Deworm the world Initiative
•Documentation of the activities, events, progress reports, case studies etc.
•Continuously mentor and develop the capacity of ISCs on health messages, program management & meetings with target women and SHG members during field visits and block meetings.
•Guide, coordinate and review ISCs performance every month along with BO, VO members
•Guide, facilitate BO-MIS & BO to streamline data collection and digitization under health MIS. This will include capacity building on data entry, analysis and feedback. Coordinate with RPE (MIS) & RPM to solve bottlenecks in streamlining MIS.
•Plan, coordinate implementation of all training's in the project area.
•Continuously measure the training outcomes on a sample basis at all levels, analyze the results and share the feedback & recommendations with CRDC & PMO for their consumption & action
•Time to time capacity building of the CRDC staff and community members as per requirement of the program.
•Documentation of the activities, events, progress reports, case studies etc.
• Support State Team for Developed Training Modules and Training Agenda
• Co-facilitate different training programs organized by PCI& Jeevika
• Compile the training status reports of field level trainings
• Support state team in coordination with Jeevika state & district officials for health & sanitations issues
• Support Jeevika Block Coordinators in field operations for Jeevika intervention blocks
• Quality assurance of Group Leader Training & Anganwadi Platform
• Maintain database of Sahelis and Health Mobilizers of Jeevika intervention blocks
• Any other work assigned by the team leader
• Make sure that every confidential matter will be handled with complete discretion.
Assists the Company Chairman, Company director and 3 Board members according to their requirements.
•Make certain that every confidential matter will be treated with perfect free will.
•Ensures every document, including method statements, material submittals, Construction drawings, internal patterns, letters, purchase requests, etc. will be ratified by the Chairman on time.
•Additional responsibilities assigned as required.
Leading and Supervising, Planning and Organizing, Implementation & Monitoring, Underserved Strategy activities, Reporting, Relating and Networking.
Supervises Labor, Motor Transport, And Heavy Crane. Supervises Contenars loading And uploading Ground to Train/ Truck or Train/ Truck to Ground. Warehouse Supervises Also.
