Background
This project involves transfer of employee within India (offshore) and out of India (onsite).
Employees who are going out of India have to raise visa request and have to get an ESS
letter (Employee Salary Structure).
There are many stakeholders involve in this process. RAS (Resource Assignation System)
assignation is mandatory for the employees who belong to Business line and Offline TMS is
generated for Business Support Employees.
Employees who are transferred within India, their transfer request is called as PSA change
(Personal Sub Area) and their assignation is called as domestic assignation for LOB (Line of
Business) changes
Responsibilities:
* Initiating TMS for Business Support Employees (Business Managers, HR etc.).
* Approving assignation requests for Business Line employees.
* Specific spoc of Geo to India transfer requests.
* Solving salary issues.
* Giving clearances.
* Working on C-Dex role of employees.
* Updating records and data in SAP.
* Approving Transfer requests.
* Solving application and technical issues.
* Detailed information of LOB’s structures.
* Initiating request in RAS (Resource assignation system)
