Duties & Responsibilities:
• Work hard to achieve my sales target on yearly and monthly basis
• Achieve Cross selling targets of non-assigned products and services to contribute to the revenues and market presence.
• Explore new markets and customers within the assigned territory to enhance sales volumes.
• Create and build customer awareness on new products through mailers, personal visits etc. to prospect business.
• Manage key accounts to ensure superior service and customer loyalty
Improve the centre’s market position and achieve financial growth, by :
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
• Participate in pricing the product/service.
• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
• Arrange and participate in client debriefs.
• Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the centre’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
• Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
• Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
• Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list in the governments sectors and Depts.) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
• Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
• Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
• Maintain and develop highly personalised lasting key relationships with all existing customers.
• Define target market for the company products followed by appointment scheduling and follow-up to acquire new customers.
• Sales of National Bonds Corp. products based on customer need analysis and risk profile.
• Understand and communicate to customers the impact of changes /development in the financial market on their portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to cross sell other products and Develop investment product knowledge to strengthen the sales efforts
• To sell in line with the organization guidelines, compliance policies and the country regulation.
• Help in developing a customer service policy for an entire organization Keeping accurate records according to discussions or correspondence with customers and Analysing statistics or other data been provided.
• In-charge of organize and coordinate all marketing events of company’s new and existing products and services via Al Ain Branch.
• Conduct an on-spot customer service for new and exist clients and introduce them for all new services, offers and new regulations
• Attend business and products related training to increase self-effectiveness. i.e CISI, financial planning, time management, sales techniques and others.
• listen to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
• cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
• negotiating the terms of the agreement and closing sales
• maintaining and developing relationships with the customers in person, via telephone calls and emails.
• Gather market and customer information
• Acting as site technical Engineer in related technical issues (i.e. Cabling, adding Extensions, & programming the key system)
• Following up the installations status and making sure that the customer is satisfied with our products and services.
• Focusing on delivering a positive customer experience according to the Company standards
• Reporting to the Top Management
• Responsible on all the Branch management issues; i.e. ( managing Cash, Credit invoices and receipt vouchers, Bank Transactions, Documentation, products Display, and stock control)
- Writing and translating the letters to/from our Clients

• Responsible of office computers maintenance and troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting of PCs and laptops, Operating system maintains Hardware Troubleshooting and computer assembling

I studied in Ajman University for 4 and half years, i studied the Computer Engineering which includes Electrical / Electronics Engineering and also Programming courses. I Graduated with a merit of VERY GOOD (GPA: 3.2) after graduation, immediately I started the Microsoft Certifications to improve my job prospects.
