.monitoring the food security activity inside the WFP Locations.

· Maintain information records and monitoring plan documentation, such as records of commodity movements and checklists, to assist in the effective delivery and distribution of food items or non-food items.

· Collate assistance programme(s) data in accordance with clear direction, to support programme reviews and informative decision-making.

· Liaise with cooperating partners and internal counterparts to gather feedback and comments to support programme reviews and improve services.

· Receive and collate comments and feedback from cooperating partners, beneficiaries, and beneficiaries, to support identifying programmatic issues with a view to fostering efficient operations.

· Provide guidance for cooperating partners on WFP operational practices, monitoring tools and methods to support them to complete self-monitoring tasks and to contribute to the visibility of WFP in the coverage areas.

· Prepare field mission reports to document programme implementation.

· Follow set emergency response processes and procedures for emergency food assistance

• Organize and co-facilitate training for community outreach volunteers
• Organize regular planning and reporting meetings with community outreach volunteers and gather feedback on community mobilization activities regularly
• Mapping of targeted communities to identify volunteers, community leaders, leading NGOs.

•Assist in organizing and facilitating community-wide meetings in Mafraq Hay Aljnoubi area, the wide meeting was attended by 200 women of both Jordanian and Syrian who participated in the election of women council.
•Assist in the design process of implementation and follow up of community projects.
•Organize and facilitate capacity building training for women council members and community enhancement team members
•Maintain and prepare photos and reports on all sessions, meetings and site visits
•Built a new partnership with local CBO's and engage them in the project activities, helped in engaging four new partners •Facilitate weekly meeting for community enhancement team, women council member, and monthly meeting with partners
•Support the women council in the implementation of four initiatives, each initiative targeted 100

•Gave around 20 awareness sessions about hygiene for Syrian refugees in the camp
•Help in distribution of hygiene materials for Syrian refugees in the camp
•Make hygiene educational activities in schools for students
•design for awareness hygiene campaigns inside the camp

Supervise 24 outreach volunteer working in 12 district, check the home visit they doing, checking the attendance and area's they work in, inform them with the camp and foundation update.
•Present the foundation in the camp meeting:
•Community gathering: daily meeting (12:00-1:30), this meetings take a place in each district between NGO's and refugee to discuss camp problems and share updates.
•Community mobilization: meeting between NGO to share mobilization updates (12:30 -2:00)/ by weekly.
•Participate in workshops and meetings related to community mobilization, CFW and other subject on the camp level (when the foundation ask to)
•Meet the community leader such as street leader, district leader, and other to identify the services we provide and discuss the way to collaborate with them.
•Link with other NGO for cases referral to our centers, and link between outreach volunteers and centers.
•Monthly reporting for all meeting,

This position is also responsible for supervising and building the capacity of a team of community outreach volunteers.
•Identify and engage key “gatekeepers” within the community to ensure access of WPE teams and promote participation of the community in activities
Risk mitigation activities
•Support community outreach volunteers and other community members in developing advocacy messages and strategies to address and/or mitigate risks faced by women and girls
•Facilitate referral of identified needs to humanitarian organizations and other service providers, ensuring follow up and feedback to the community
Community Outreach Volunteers
•Identify and recruit community outreach volunteers amongst the refugee and host communities ensuring adherence to HR procedures
•Develop capacity building plans for community outreach volunteers to provide them with critical skills around safety assessment, advocacy, communication and leadership
•Organize and co-facilitate trainings of community outreach volunteers
•Organize regular planning and reporting meetings with community outreach volunteers and gather feedback on community mobilization activities on a regular basis

Working closely with the Database to provide accurate data and where necessary assist in data entering.
