• Create online editorial content to ensure its driving maximum share of voice, high engagement and revenue performance
• Management of email marketing channel, including annual budget and campaign distribution efficiency
• Create new campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate implementation; including promotions, website content and social media
• Create concept for product shoots and oversee shoots related to ecom / marketing campaigns and key events
• Lead and manage the development of the digital marketing calendar to support new season arrivals, seasonal trends, editorials, promotions and social media.

• Monitor onsite search behaviour to gain an understanding of keyword queries and manipulate the products where possible to drive conversion
• Manage changes to online category strategy based on customer and competitive insights, brand strategy and e-commerce goals
• Analyse sales and web metrics to make recommendations about products and categories, marketing and promotions
