- This role ideally involves managing the overall functioning of the
800Aster division, including the Marketing, Operational and Business
Development aspects. Doctor-on-Call service is majorly for the Hospitality
industry, 4-5 star Hotels in Dubai and for the Residential areas.
- Expanded Doctor-On-Call service to other Norther Emirates of UAE, i.e
Sharjah, Fujairah and Ajman.
- Manage annual budget by contributing to and developing long term
marketing strategies. Implementing Digital Marketing Strategies like
SEO/SEM and PPC Advertising on Google Ads.
- Managing the Doctor's and Nurses team, and the support staff.

COVID19 Months (APRIL 2020 - Till Date) - Additional Responsibility undertaken and Strategies adopted for Revenue Generation:

- Generated Revenue of AED 1 Million+ in just 2 months by conducting COVID19 Camps for Corporates and also Arranging In-Clinic Screenings, touching 3000+ Lives For the Corporate Team.
- Implemented In-House COVID PCR Screenings for Residents of Dubai via 800Aster Department (Doctor-on-call), and generated Revenue of AED 500K in two months.
- Implemented Marketing promotional strategies for 800Aster, including SMS Blasts, Social Media marketing (Facebook, Instagram and Google), Emailer marketing etc.
- Special Point of Contact for 20k Employees of Aster, for arranging COVID support Doctor Tele-consultation and updating health status to Management on a daily basis; arranging their Tests and Isolation.
- Audited APC (Aster Primary Care) Units including Clinics, Pharmacies, Retail outlets and Diagnostic Centers, supervising the team of 6 Auditors for 150 Unites Allotted under me. All 150 Units were audited 3 times in April 2020 under 25 set Parameters.
- Managed the COVID tracker launched on Aster Website for Self-assessment on COVID related Symptoms for Residents of UAE.
