-Leading the Finance Domain Data Governance Council

Support for the Head of Data Management in the design and deployment of the Data Governance Framework across the France entity of the Heineken group :

-Detailed audit of the existing Data Governance setup and identification of priority workstreams
-Mapping of enterprise data and design of the enterprise data model
-Design and Deployment of the Data Architecture policy enabling the standardization of strategic datasets
-Design and Deployment of the Data Quality policy, improving data reliability and compliance
-Design and Deployment of the Data Documentation policy to ensure the visibility, sharing and reuse of datasets
-Design and Deployment of the Data Access policy to frame data usage and secure data access
-Support for analytical use-cases and business projects in applying the data governance framework, from the data collection process through to data exposure

Coaching and supporting the Head of Innovation in defining Vivalto Santés Data Roadmap :

Bi-weekly working sessions with the Head of Innovation to:
-Build ideation frameworks for Data & AI use cases
-Plan business workshops and scope their format
-Review progress on the Architecture and Data Management workstreams
-Prepare Steering Committee and Sponsor Committee meetings
-Debrief following business workshops, Steering Committee or Sponsor Committee meetings
-Facilitate Steering/Sponsor Committee meetings and prepare their materials
Coordinate and support the Architecture & Data Management workstreams

Leading the modernization of the Data Platform to democratize data access and maximize analytical use :

-Coordination of teams involved in the various workstreams (Use-Case, Architecture, Data -Management, Target Operating Model)
-Audit of the existing Data ecosystem, analysis of key pain points, and identification of priority workstreams
-Definition of a suitable hybridization strategy to leverage cloud benefits while securing the banks data protection and technological sovereignty requirements
-Detailed benchmark of leading Data Platforming solutions and selection of the top 3 vendor solutions to implement following COPIL arbitration
-Drafting an integrator RFP for the selected solution, analyzing responses, and participating in the final integrator selection
-Design of a Target Operating Model structuring the Data Platforms stakeholders, their roles, responsibilities, and interactions
-Design of data quality processes for the Data Platform and user access management
-Leading the Data Platform build and the launch of a first Use-Case

Support for the Head of Data Science in the definition and implementation of an AI Governance roadmap to gain control over AI assets and anticipate the arrival of the AI European regulation (AI Act) :

-Internal analysis of existing AI projects and governance initiatives in place, and identification of priority workstreams
-Definition of a 2-year AI Governance roadmap
-Design of an AI Governance Framework and definition of its deployment plan for relevant stakeholders
-Definition of AI Governance functions to be tooled and benchmarking of existing solutions on the market
-Drafting a vendor RFP for the 3 shortlisted solutions

Leading a program to secure confidential data in the Décathlon Datalake :

-Coordination of all stakeholders involved in this program
-Classification of confidential data (personal and sensitive) and definition of required security controls based on sensitivity level
-Tracking and overseeing the implementation of classifications within the Collibra Data Catalog
-Design and deployment of a target operating model to structure the ingestion of confidential data and manage its access
-Leading the scoping, specification, and implementation of encryption and decryption tools for confidential data
-Supporting project teams in adopting the assets made available by the program to ensure compliance with DPO requirements
-Planning and leading training sessions for Early Adopters of the Programs assets
-Regular communication via newsletters on program updates
-Facilitating steering committee meetings and sharing progress with key sponsors

Support for the Head of Data in structuring and setting up the new Central Data Office :

-Audit of Arkea Groups existing Data setup, assessment of Data maturity across several dimensions and identification of the main obstacles to the groups digitalization and AI innovation ambitions
-Presentation of the study and its findings to Arkea Groups executive committee, and securing initial budget for the creation of a new Central Data Office
-Structuring of the various units within the new Arkea Data Office, their service offerings, and respective roadmaps
-Meetings with various Arkea business units, collection and consolidation of a use-case portfolio that could benefit from the new Data Offices support
-Qualification and prioritization of the consolidated use cases according to criteria adapted to Arkeas challenges, and creation of a flagship use-case roadmap to develop or accelerate over the next 2 years

Leading a data quality program to address BCBS 239 regulatory requirements :

-Set up the Data Quality unit, defined its service offering and roadmap
-Drafted the banks Data Quality policy
-Defined and deployed the target operating model for data quality (roles, responsibilities, and processes)
-Defined a budgeting model for data quality contributions to be delivered by business units
-Detailed benchmark of operational data quality solutions, selection of the 3 best-aligned solutions
-Drafted a vendor RFP for the 3 shortlisted vendors (Alteryx, Dataiku, Collibra)
-Supported the launch of a Data Quality pilot with each of the 3 selected solutions
-Supported business teams in adopting data quality practices and using the tools made available by the Data Quality unit

- Structuring the governance model for the Data Catalog (roles, responsibilities, Data Owners / Stewards)
