Job Description:
Testing and Commissioning of HHI Hyundai for Heavy Industries and Schneider Electric one and half breaker arrangement 220kV GIS substation including below:
- Testing and commissioning of LCCs, Breakers, dis-connectors, earth switches, SAS and protective relays of all bays of the GIS.
- Interface between LCCs and control room.
- HV test of the GIS.

- West Damietta Simple Cycle Power Plant, MEGA was the sub-contractor for Hyundai Heavy Industries CO and Schneider Electric.
Job Description:
Construction, Testing and Commissioning of ABB ITALY and ABB SWITZERLAND one and half breaker arrangement 220kV GIS substation including below:
- Installation of 220kV GIS and control room.
- Installation of HV bushings.
- Installation of steel supports for the complete scope.
- Installation of batteries and battery charger system.
- Installation of cable trays.
- Installation of grounding/earthing system.
- Installation of complete lighting and sockets systems.
- Cable connection and termination.
- Gas filling of all compartments.
- Testing and commissioning of LCCs, CTs, VTs, breakers, dis-connectors and earth switches of all bays of the GIS.
- HV test of the GIS.
- Finalizing all inspection lists with the consultant.
- Hand over to the consultant.

- 6th October Simple Cycle Power Plant, EMEC was the sub-contractor for ABB Italy and ABB Switzerland.
