Ensuring internal organization and structure is equipped to deliver current strategy (2012-15), Developed new 5 year strategy to 2020.

Lead for internal change management programmes (working towards IIP) and strategic partnerships.

Working closely with our Board (Founder and Chair from Royal Family), Strategic Partners in Qatar and across the region.

Responsible for the contract with GEW as Country Host for Global Entrepreneurship Week. Developing strong international networks with other country hosts for GEW.

On secondment of COO, took on this role in addition to own duties.
