Essential Primary Responsibilities:
1. Executive Office Support (CEO)
*Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing the calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondences, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings and other agendas.
*Communicates with the general staff on the CEO’s behalf and coordinates meetings and strategic activities with the staffs/team.
*Communicates directly and on behalf of the CEO on matters related to programmatic initiatives as directed.
*Conducts research on prospective corporate and other companies to identify and evaluate current needs and assembles presentation materials needed for the proposals.

2. Office Support
*Managing all Administrative and Operational Requirements in the office. Provides proper office management and assist the manager in organizing the operation flow of the office.
*Business Development Strategic Planning and meetings
*ISO certifications
*Provide and drafts operational forms to follow proper protocol of the company's operational procedures.

3. HR Support
*Liaising as HR Manager

*Supports CEO & Sales in handling contacts and sources to be added to our portfolio for future contacts and suppliers to be their exclusive agents for UAE.
*Supports through maintaining valuable relationships with required reports to our business partners.
*Co-manages the monitoring of the ins and outs of the sales operations in the company.
