SABIC

SABIC KSA Project 1 Engineering-Petrochemical projects in Jubail, KSA-10, 000 Metric tons per annum-Surfactant
capacity increase projects to add three chemicals like HLAS, LAB, AES, Overall plant layout, Tank / Pr vessel
calculations, GA, Piping arrangement, ISO, MTO, Purchase requisition, Material requisition etc. Stagewise review of 3D
models (smart plant model-SP3D) using Navis manage. Project standard: SABIC standard.

SABIC KSA Project 2
The ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol (EO/EG) petrochemical plant-located at Jubail KSA. Ethylene glycol Capacity increase of 550 KTA to 770 KTA, high-purity ethylene oxide (HPEO) capacity will be increased from 200 KTA to 220 KTA, and the capacity of Ethylene Glycol (EG) from 763KTA to 1060 KTA. Overall plant layout, Tank / Pr vessel calculations, GA, Piping arrangement, ISO, MTO, Purchase requisition, Material requisition etc Stagewise review of 3D models (smart plant model-SP3D) using Navis manage. Project standard: SABIC standard.


Hinkley Point C
2X1750MW Thermal power plant-BTG and BOP engineering packages. Projects includes

•Steam turbine package
•The Condenser and Condenser Extraction System and the Condenser Vacuum System incl pumps
•The Feedwater Plant systems and pumps, Heat exchangers
•The Main Steam Bypass System,
•The Circulation Water System,
•The Steam Generator Blowdown System, and
•The Auxiliary (Raw Water) Cooling System
Roles and responsibilities:
•Design of pressure vessels as per TEMA, ASME sec VIII div I, (PV elite, manual calculations, Shell channel thickness, Nozzle reinforming calc etc), Section plan, setting drawings, (Including material selection), detailed drawings
•Design of BOP piping system including condenser extraction piping, Condenser to feedwater piping, Feedwater
•Steam generator piping etc(Secondary circuit-ANSI B31, 1)
•Design of Feedwater tank, Design of surface condenser (As per ASME), design of blow down tank, design of
flash tank
•Design of bypass steam station - Selection of bypass valves (10 Nos)

Static Equipment Design for Oil and Gas Downstream Side - Refineries

•Coordinated with the customer to finalize the design
•Involved in Mechanical Design/Calculation of shell and tube heat exchanger as per TEMA, ASME, and IBR;
•Prepared Engineering drawings and involved in squad checks.
•Prepared Material Requisition and evaluated the vendors for purchase orders.
•Involved in preparing technical queries, analyzing the bid and preparing inputs for mechanical tender
•Implemented Quality related activities in the team and ensured strict adherence to the set standards.
