Assist Sr. Planner/Planner with weekly reporting and business analysis.

Ensure all planning records, files and systems are maintained up to date with complete and accurate information in a timely manner.

Connect analytics to actions via weekly review of store and brand performance, to identify and provide business opportunities and concerns to Sr. Planner/Planner, specifically focusing on Inventory Planning KPIs.

Process the value of instock/out of stock measurements via quality stock allocation/replenishment demand.

Partner with the buying operations team to effectively manage RTV, Damages and unsellable stock from stock files.

Complete replenishment item setup on the system and monitor replenishment performance.

Handling merchandising in kidswear category of Kitex Garments for International buyers of infant products including The Children’s Place, Little Star Organic, Lamaze, Gerber.

Work closely with the head of merchandising in following appropriate operational procedures and work flows for the apparel category and its interaction with other categories and departments.

Coordinating with the buyer for day to day merchandising activities and approval.

Work closely with the buyer with the selection of the right product mix and maintain superior level of accuracy while creating and verifying purchase order information including proper product costing, shipping instructions, etc. in coordination with the administrative assistants

Creation of purchase orders, lab dips and strike off approvals along with designers and buyers, fitting approvals along with buyer and final inspection.

Approvals for design, print, fabric and trims along with sample development.

Tracking fittings and pre-production approvals & looking into cad/markers and preparing docket sheet for production.

Work with technical, QA and management team to ensure all commercial decisions and standards are met.

To partner with category team in problem solving, information sharing and counter sourcing to support best placement plan.

Manage product development and order placement in efficient and effective manner. Experienced in working from development stage to final ship out and negotiations with new and existing vendors.

Advising logistics department for shipments including both local and international.

Checking production samples for measurements and finishing details.
• Working on range presentations for existing and new clients.
• Updating files for PO making and budgeting.
• Work closely with the Head of Merchandising.

Worked mainly on Kidswear Brand - The Children’s Place along with other
brands including S.Oliver, Old Navy.
