Planning and scheduling the work and efficiently organize the site in order to meet an agree program of deadlines
Performing a technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction.
Responsible for checking drawings and quantities and ensuring that the calculation is accurate for the work.
Supervise construction sites and direct subcontractors to make sure standards of quality, cost schedules and safety are maintained.
Creating new designs of what was constructed, Final Drawings, Calculations.
Develop tender cost summaries including equipment, materials and labour calculations for final approval.
Preparation of specification documents to submit to vendors for quotations of cost of materials and equipment and evaluate same against tender specifications to include in final tender documentation.
