Key Account Manager
-Handling portfolio of 150 M AED
-Build and maintain excellent relationship with the clients
- Meeting the clients on day to day basis for confirmation of sales
- Strive to reduce client cancellation rates
- Control the client account, funds allocation and constant update of CRM system
- Confirmation of the new sales, check financial ability of the client to make payment on due dates, verify the client understands the concept and idea of their investment
- Provide legal advice to the client
- Collect money on due dates, convince the client to make bigger Instalment with some benefits
- Provide update information about construction of the projects, current property market situation, rental revenue, general update about company and new projects.
- Build strong and long term relationship with the clients in order to upgrade and reload them to the new projects
- Solve customer complaints and negative comments
- Travel to company branches (Russia, Kazakhstan, Nigeria) to meet up the clients, reload and upgrade, collect payments and get new referrals from existing owners
