Cliental services- updating their property value, follow up for their payments and
resale values
Customer services like viewing the properties and projects, attending to their queries,
convincing and negotiations, arranging the required documents like MOU and sales agreements.
Coordinating with banks and financing companies for their respective projects.
Achieving the monthly Sales Targets
Ensure that business decision & processes are documented in a professional way
Creates flexible and provisions of growth to handle load and changes in the market
with a clear focus on the target set by the management
Cultivate and maintain an exemplary network of business associate because of extensive interaction and strong communication skills
