• Directing the activities of subordinate staff in the coordination and management of various administrative activities for an organization, staff attendance tracking, managing company`s drivers;
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments for CEO of the company;
• Selects and assigns staff, ensuring equal employment opportunity in hiring and promotion, coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees, evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques, staff development and training;

• Business development through outdoor sales, communities outreach and e-marketing;
• Freight forwarding operations - compiling and handle of packing list, orders and invoicing, controlling and maintaining stock of products.
