PROJECT: RIZAL PROVINCE WATER SUPPLY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WATER TREAMENT PLANT (100MLD)

Monitoring contractors compliance to contract scope, design drawings and specifications
Review technical matters related to design advice, shop drawings, construction methodology and the like
Monitoring construction progress against schedule
Attend regular site coordination meetings
Identify risks opportunities and defects early to minimize cost and time impacts
Evaluate contractor’s progress invoices with recommendations being made to the GHD Resident Site Engineer and Job Manager
Evaluate contract variation with recommendations being made to the GHD Project Manager
Report regularly on physical progress and issue site memos from inspections
Keeping daily log of all construction activities
Keeping daily logs and photographic records of all construction activities
Witnessing, surveillance and acceptance of all construction quality control activities
Punch listing, practical completion and final inspections in conjunction with the designers
Identify construction safety hazards and provide safety advice or recommendation to the GHD Project manager
Others task that may be deemed necessary by the GHD Project Manager as appropriate to his/her engagement.

Sweet Gas Plant project for ENCANA | Calgary, Canada
Assist Lead Engineer, as required.
Performs and checks calculations, equipment, and solves problems of basic to moderate engineering complexity.
Reviews specifications, drawings, and vendor equipment documentation from both within the discipline as well as from other disciplines for compliance with project requirements and actively seeks resolution.
Perform and check the most routine types of calculations and design using both computer-aided and manual design techniques.
Utilize vendor data and work with personnel in other disciplines as required for the performance of designs.

Conducts initial analysis of drawings and specifications to ensure required documentation is present.
Collaborates with the preconstruction/estimating team in the development of cost estimates - specific to electrical works.
Develops and estimate conceptual, schematic and design development states of pre-construction, soliciting specific pricing from vendors and/ or subcontractors.
Reviews the process of existing projects to ensure their completion are within the parameters of the established project budget.
Supervises foremen, leadmen, and electricians in executing the plan.

Duties & Responsibilities: Evaluate customer specifications to determine design requirements.
Produce the Bill-of-Material of the project based on approved drawings and client
requirements.
Generate all necessary electrical drawings and instructions for the construction of clients
Switchboards, MCC's, ATS & PLC Panels for Sewage Treatment Plant projects, Hospitals and other industrial panels.
Coordinate with the production department on engineering issues for the manufacturing
& implementation of the project as per approved design and comments/requirements by the clients.
