: Prepare purchase order and send copies to suppliers and to department originating request.
: Determine if the inventory qty are sufficient for needs ordering more materials when necessary.
: Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite the deliveries if necessary.
: Prepare/ Maintain and review purchasing files, reports and pricelist.
: Compare prices, specifications to determine the best BID among potential suppliers.
: Calculate cost orders, and change or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.
: Resolve shortages, miss or late deliveries and other problems.
: Respond to end user and suppliers inquiries about order status, changes or cancellation.
OTHER DUTIES: STOREROOM OIC
: Receive all incoming materials/goods base on purchase order.
: Inspect delivery upon quality, damages and discrepancies on order to receive.
: Ship cancelled and damage item back to vendors appropriate.
: Deliver and set up food & beverage for various outlet event as requested.
: Maintain stock room clean, presentable and records are in a neat orderly manner.
• To purchase qty commodities, goods, and services as requested by the various outlet,
The lowest price consistent with required quality, from suppliers who will delivered
Purchase items at the specified times and place, obtain prices.
• Follow up the purchase order to ensure that the suppliers fulfills the purchase including
Price adjustment, defective or incorrect materials
• Handle directly to suppliers all correspondence concerning purchases including price
Adjustment the defective or incorrect materials, additional shipments to fill shortages
Purchase order cancellation and to claims for shortages and damages.
• To suggest changes that will improve product quality, promote better availability or provide greater economies in purchase requisition.
Other Duties/Inventory Control
• Preparing and maintaining records of all inventory
• Identifying causes of issues and implementing process improvements.
• Supporting shipping preparation and loading.
• Investigating inventory shortages and discrepancies.
• Review inventory counts and balance accuracy
