SAUDI ARABIA as drilling foreman in water wells 6500ft from starting well to completion.drilling with 16” bit and finish with 8”1/2 run liner and run pump.
Supervise drilling operations on land rigs with depth rating to 3500 m TVD - 4500 m MD in various oilfields of the Algerian desert . Perform all the duties pertinent to the position of drilling supervisor, drill vertical and horizontal wells up to 90 degrees. Supervise all phases of drilling 36”, 26” 16”, 12”1/4 and 6” including running and cementing different diameters of casing 30”, 18”5/8, 13”3/8, 9”5/8 and 7” in simple and in two stages, additionally run and cement 4”1/2 and 7” liners.coring and DST wells Other operations coordinated included logging, completing and testing hole, SBT, LOT, FIT, Integrity Test and different tests on surface.
Additional duties consisted of monitoring manpower movements, arranging daily meeting with the related group on rig, review drilling programs and interact with tool pusher, mud engineer, directional driller and geologist. Prepare BHA and casing designs. Write & submit all reports related to the well

Drilling horizontal wells over than 24500 FT.
Supervise workover & drilling operations on land rigs. Perform all the duties pertinent to the position of supervisory for workover and drilling. Supervise all operations from start drilling to run completion & release rig, including milling and retrieving packers, fishing operations, setting bridge plugs, run wipstocks and open window in the casings. Drill reservoirs in long, medium & short radius sections up to 90 degree with 100deg/30’ with depth rating to 24500 feet. Run and cement liners, perforations and stimulation job, run completion and ES Pumps with quantum packer & MFIV. Other operations coordinated included logging, casing integrity tests and different surface tests.
Manage HSE aspects consisted to conduct of daily safety meeting with rig crews and service companies on board. Perform various periodic scheduled drills in daily basis (trip & pit drills) or weekly (H2S and BOP drills), monthly (fire fighting), quarterly (first aid & Casualty Handling), bi-annual (Oil Spill Equipment Clean-Up Drill) and annually (Vertical Rescue drill & disaster drill). Use of stop card to improve the safety topic. Issued of permits to work for different jobs on hot, cold and confined space on the rig or in camp site & approved risk assessment pre-job.
Supervise Rig inspection as per check list (sent by many operating companies to accept rigs at the first spud in).
Supervise all drilling and work-over operations. (Start from site preparation rig move and acceptance to rig release, shallow, deep & super deep wells (gas wells).
Expert in deal with unstable hole problems due to (caving, swelling shale, lost of circ., gas & water kicks, etc.).
Run different types of casings, Liner casings & cement same.
Supervise all Dir. Drlg. operations (survey, trajectory, DLS, projection a head to target).
Make Side track (open hole & cased hole) & re-entry wells.
Experience in Drilling Horizontal wells.
Experience in Multilateral wells.
Well planned and systematic in my approach which helps in critical areas like material management and bulk requirements.
Supervise and follow-up hole cleaning efficiency in Deviated and Horizontal wells.
Follow-up Drilling torque and drag.
Supervise using different type of muds (spud-mud, KCL Poly. Mud & OBM).
Supervise all killing operation of Oil & Gas wells.
Supervise all fishing operation on drilling, work-over Rigs & coiled tubing operations.
Supervise open hole & cased hole logs & Evaluate (CBL/VDL/CCL/GR/USIT).
Experience in different types of perforation guns (E/L CSG & through TBG guns, TCP).
supervise hydraulic fracturing & acidizing jobs.
CMT Squeeze (Braden Head & CMT Retainer).
Supervise TBG & Pump Replacement (ESP & SRP), Single, Single Selective WIW, WSW, Initial Completion W/TCP (S&D, S&S, S&P), Gas Completion & DST.
