•Controlling accounting entries and petty cash records.
•Setting credit ceiling for new clients and updating the existing on monthly basis.
•Monitoring the daily routing of the company’s collectors and their receipts books.
•Finalizing Clients’ balance reconciliation and checking all the payments received from clients on daily basis and insuring their accuracy when compared to the payment terms mentioned in the agreement.
•Coordinating with clients’ accountants regarding their payments, credit notes and returns.
•Checking the monthly sales commission and coordinating with sales department regarding doubtful clients and any delay based on the receivables aging report.
•Preparing letters of credit, checks and outgoing bank transfers and monitoring the incoming ones as well as performing the exchange operations with banks.
•Performing the monthly bank reconciliation.
•Controlling the subsidized loans, the quarterly payments and the related interests, in addition to other accounting entries and daily purchases.
•Preparing payroll, profit & loss statements, balance sheet, VAT, NSSF, Tax on salaries and income tax declarations
•Controlling depreciation, provision, accruals and prepaid entries.
