Duties:
• Head of the procurement in UAE, Oman, Qatar, Morocco and Iraq.
• Coordinate with Projects managers to deliver all the materials on time and with the expected quality within the project budget.
• Deal with different types of subcontractor for manpower, Electrical, mechanical and civil works.
• Ability to discuss all the technical subjects related to equipment’s, steel raw materials, Piping products, welding consumables, fasteners, industrial coating, robotic machineries, valves, loading systems, tank accessories, electrical cables, pumps, etc..
• Responsible for Order Placement Timing, Supply / Demand Alignment and Supplier Performance.
• Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance.
• Projecting stock levels.
• Reviewing tenders and bids.
• Controlling the purchasing budget.
• Monitoring delivery times to ensure they are on time.
• Delivering cost savings for the company.
• Managing the procurement supplier relationships for the company.
• Developing sourcing strategies.
• Resolving disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers.
• Delegating projects and tasks to junior staff.
• Involve in writing up contracts and the terms of sales.
• Involve in maintenance related issues in order to repair the fixed and the mobile machineries

Check all the technical specifications in the materials request issued by project team and suggest alternative options in case of non-availability in local market, or long delivery terms
Work closely with the company advisors and coordinate to solve all the major mile stone in the running projects
Read all the agreements with the customers in order to understand the project corners while procuring the materials related.
