• Providing supervision, guidance, support, and monitoring for program staff and field teams as per annual work plan, targets, and KPIs.
• Coordinating the EcoSec program operations and supporting its strategy’s development.
• Organizing regular EcoSec meetings, workshops, FGDs, KIIs, and trainings as needed.
• Ensuring regular field monitoring, implementation, and modifications.
• Serving as the focal point and lead representative during key technical and sectoral events.
• Ensuring that gender, protection, environment, and other important crosscutting concerns are taken into account in program design, implementation, and reporting.
Assisting the CVA Thematic Lead in the MENA region in organizing and leading the COP meetings. This role involves facilitating collaboration, knowledge sharing, and capacity building within the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, aimed at addressing humanitarian challenges and promoting best practices among Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.
• Facilitating the development and dissemination of best practices and innovative approaches in humanitarian action, tailored to the specific context of the MENA region.
• Coordinating and leading regular meetings to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange among MENA region Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.
• Working closely with the National Societies to align the Community of Practice activities with organizational goals and priorities.
During the manager's absence, I am overseeing the program's daily operations. My responsibilities include fostering collaboration among staff and volunteers to achieve impactful outcomes.
• Drafting comprehensive proposals to secure funding for EcoSec projects, detailing program objectives, budgetary requirements, and anticipated impact.
• Proactively engaging with external partners, participating in regular meetings to strengthen collaborations and foster mutually beneficial relationships for the advancement of program goals.
• Playing a pivotal role in managerial meetings, providing valuable insights and updates on the EcoSec Program's progress, challenges, and strategic direction.
• Leading and motivating a dedicated team of staff and volunteers within the EcoSec Program, overseeing day-to-day activities, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Responding to the war in the South by distributing food parcels to the affected population, in coordination with the Operations Department of the Lebanese Red Cross in the Disaster Management Sector.
• Supervised the implementation of cash, livelihood, and in-kind projects across Lebanon.
• Implemented the cash projects using Lebanese Vulnerably Census results, Workforce, Google Maps, Survey123 Connect, and ArcGIS.
• Monitored the LVC, distribution, post-distribution, and endline assessments.
• Developed contextualized selection criteria, monitoring, assessment, and training tools.
• Coordinated with logistics, procurement, and finance officers to ensure proper implementation of activities.
• Participated in the Cash Center of Excellence’s MENA Experience Sharing Program.
• Data analysis: Clean, transform, and model data to discover useful information.
• Conduct researches in order to source and extract valuable information for the organization.
• Collect data from different sources and then process and organize that data.
Support team manager and perform management duties when manager is absent or
out of office:
- Manage and lead a team of employees in order to maintain their commitment to provide maximum efficiency and credibility.
- Quality Management: Ensure the quality and accuracy of data.
- Prepare reports and analyze call center data to improve processes and to ensure resources are properly allocated.
- Collect all the data received, filter it by checking its compatibility to the standards set and import it into Trello.
