-Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project/s to ensure the full compliance with Safety and Quality Plans, and to ensure that goals or objectives of project/s are accomplished.
-Review project proposal or plan to determine, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of project/s.
-Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of the project.
-Building & Developing strong relations with Client Representative, Consultant, Project Manager/s (PMs).
-Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure progress of the project on schedule and within budget.
-Ensure full implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Safety Plan on-site along with its good interaction with the Client Representative, Consultant, Project Manager/s (PMs), Safety Officer/s and Third-Party Inspection agencies (if any).
-Review all contractual requirements and obtain clarifications on unclear issues including technical/commercial clarifications.
-Accomplish project objectives through proper planning, schedule and evaluation
of project activities.
-Enforce and implement policies and procedures on-site.
-Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews for the project.
-Review status reports prepared by Project Manager & Planning in charge.
-Responsible for overall quality management.
-Resolve issues and complete and close out non-conformance from audits and initiating corrective actions.
-Meet financial objectives by participating actively in forecasting requirements for budget preparation, schedule expenditures, analyzing variations.
-Ensure correct procedure is implemented for each activity communicated and adhered to by the supervising site resource and workforce.
-Discuss with Project Manager in providing technical advice and resolve problems in any of the projects on-going.

- Working in the production steel factory assembling design based on shop drawings.
- Inspection on every part of the project from design to execution till finishing.
- Installation on site on daily bases and follow up with the production department
- Training session each month for the new technology in this field
- Taking care of all orders and mock ups.
- Inspection of coordinates (Alignment & verticality), quality (Certifications), and placing anchors bolts.
- Inspection of steel structures on the coming on work site and control of quality (transport anomalies, fabrication anomalies, Accordance to plans of Civil Engineering foundations’)
- Supervise operations of (Assembly & Lifting - Erection-Bolting & Grouting- drawings.
