My main duties involved:
• Craft a brand identity for the projects that we were responsible as sales and marketing such as 9 Boulevard and Bsalim Hills Residence from project name, logos, colors and lay out, aimed for investors and end users.
• Prepare media plans for each project using BTL and ATL strategies
• Liaise with the media agencies and the media reps on campaigns bookings
• Work closely with the graphic designers on campaigns designs
• Prospecting new clients through connections and referrals
• Customers follow up and satisfaction, ensure client satisfaction, regularly touching base with the client and ensuring all their requirements are met.
• Deliver Sales presentations to small to large audiences, follow the sales process from a presentation on the project maquette in the office to create a hype followed by a site presentation
• Long term relations and public relations by contacting our database (especially frequent buyers), in order to sense interest and gather data for future projects that meets the needs of the market.
• Undertook market study to understand the prices, specifications and the growth of each area of the market

 Attend the Dream Exhibition 2012 as exhibitor, showcasing the properties and directly marketing to potential clients.
