Responsibilities:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s
customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of
sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering
with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the
management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new
products and competition status.
• Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing
strategies; analyzing trends and results.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for
existing and new products.
• Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with
supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Establish and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and
supply and demand.
• Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and
assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintain national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training
employees.
• Maintain national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining
employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational
workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal
networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Receive customers’ orders, analyze and advise for suitable product.
• Control statement of accounts and customers’ payments.
• Provide daily report for operation’s transactions.
• Study and analyze the market.
• Conclude the market demand to advise the offer.

• Segmentation of the market for sales team guidance.
• Explore new potential customers.
• Study and analyze customers’ demands and price variation to estimate the
new stock requisition.
• Provide report showing the statistics and result on weekly basis.
Manage the F&B operations for the company
• Create the working schedule for the employees
• Communicate with the chef concerning the menu on weekly basis
• Ensure that to stock is enough and nothing is expired
• In Kuwait and Qatar I used to prepare for the opening and launching of new
operations. Make the interviews with new staff and prepare the location and
equipment from A to Z

Prepare the plan and budget for any new project.
• Issue Purchase Request and follow up with procurement to ensure the
issuance of the Purchase Order.
• Create a progress tracker for every project in hand.
• Follow up with project managers about the progress of the project they are
handling.
• Study and analyze the actual progress V/S the planned.
• Advise project managers to resolve the bad performance
• Closure of any gap/exceptions identified within related project course or task
assigned while appraising monthly performant vendors/related parties
affecting our assigned task(s)/project(s).
• Ensure a full a proper documentation for all the acceptance documents
received.
• Receive and approve invoices submitted by vendors.
• Evaluate vendors after analyzing their performance during projects.
• Submit a summary of Projects progress to the director of the department
showing the progress of all the projects running ( execution, acceptance,
invoiced, paid …)
• Prepare the weekly presentation for the CTO showing the statistics and
performance of our department.
• Prepare the budget and cash flow.
