• Assisting the Senior QS in preparing the monthly payments.
• Managing the Petty Cash Account of the project.
• Managing Suppliers Accounts (order, invoice, delivery, payment, etc.)
• Managing Subcontractors Accounts (Inspection, evaluating, invoices, payment, etc.)
• Evaluating the approved Requests For Inspection - RFI, and applying the related BOQ rates
• Site inspection to confirm the claimed quantities and activities.
• Coordination with the Site Engineers and Client / Consultant Inspectors.
• Following up the payments with consultant / Client.
• Quantities take off from drawings.
• Assisting in evaluating / pricing new items / activities.
• Preparing reports to the Senior Management about the financial status of the projects.
• Coordinating with Government Institutions (such as ADDC, Transco, ADWEA, Traffic Police, DoT, Mawaqef, etc.).
