Maximize sales and profitability of the branches
• Formulate and implement retail strategies and procedures in discussion with the Marketing Manager, Territory Head
and Concept Heads

• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans;
implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify
trends
• Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions
• Analytical Data, KPIs
• Monitor stock movement, promotions, price changes
• Introduce and implement innovative idea (time saving procedures, retail is detail, productivity)

Attend to guests’ needs and desires immediately
