Day to day operational management including but not limited to:
-P&L monthly analysis and reports.
-Plan staff trainings and deliver it as the: trainer, often.
-Promotional planning and execution ie: Christmas- New Year- Ramadan.
-Involved in events coordination and organization.
-Scheduling staff according to business needs.
-Maintain efficient high quality service standards by direct and indirect supervision.
-Attends daily, weekly and monthly F&B communication meetings.
-Yearly budgeting and business forecasting.
-Cost control and monitoring expenses.

Job Responsibilities:
-Assist the Restaurant Manager in all staff training and development
-Assist the Restaurant Manager in all projects, objectives and administrative duties
-Ensure the highest standard of grooming at all times
-Supervise the mise en place for each meal period
-Ensure guest satisfaction on allocating tables whenever possible
-Ensure regular clients are recognised and greeted accordingly by all staff member
-Hold briefing, and de-briefings, with the team in the absence of the Manager
