Responsibilities:
1. Installing and configuring computer hardware and software (Microsoft operating systems and applications)
2. Installing and activating Microsoft Office 365 for users.
3. Installing and configuring emails accounts using Microsoft Outlook application.
4. Talk staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help them resolving technical issues.
5. Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
6. Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
7. Installing CCTV and alarm systems in the branches.
8. Installing POS and its peripherals in the branches from scratch.
9. Responsible for the IT technical maintenance in all branches.
10. Working on a part of ERP system using Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
11. Handle any connection failure between all branches and the head office
12. Prepare maps and list of IT equipment for any new branch opening.
13. Implementing Antivirus for all computers and servers in the company.
