1. Preparing & analyzing sales forecast/latest estimate by assessing inventory and demand levels to ascertain the company’s optimal supply levels and potential sales to help Logistics Team to plan manufacturing & purchasing in a very efficient way to minimize write-off.
2. Issuing the monthly LE, serving as a reference standard for the High Management, Commercial, Budget Team, & HR to assess the dynamics of the company and calculate the bonuses to the relevant stakeholders.
3. Responsible for ensuring forecast accuracy in alignment with stakeholders and minimizes deviations in frozen period and errors to help Logistics Team plan accordingly the quarterly manufacturing.
4. Managing and tracking orders by having adequate stock levels at the level of Sub Distributors by respecting the approved stock limit by item to minimize expiry and destruction of the items thus loss to the company.
5. Analyzing and issuing the In-Market Targets per product per country in collaboration with Franchise Heads (FH) & Sales teams, facilitating decision making.
6. Submits official forecast to supply chain and logistics for manufacturing planning after challenging all related stakeholders to issue an accurate forecast and minimize overstocking.
7. Issues monthly & quarterly reports customized by principals and ensures related communication through meetings, TCs…
8. Collects the In and To Market data, analyzes and synthetizes them in reports & Dashboards that are issued monthly. These reports include a thorough analysis related to sales YTD, LE performance vs Profit Plan, flagging deviations in view of setting an action plan, and communicating them to relevant internal stakeholders, including High Management.
9. Issues the deviations exercise & extracts related report for the incentive exercise.
10. Initiating S&OP meetings in collaboration with Supply Chain on a monthly basis where we tackle YTD Sales vs Budget and the Operations part. This shall help to plan forecasting based on the capacity of the manufacturing.
11. Leading the team of Tenders and Quotations within the department to minimize errors and ensure quoting within the reflected deadline highlighted from all governmental institutions.
