• Recruitment process: posting job vacancies, shortlisting CVs, sending out technical tests, conducting interviews and doing induction for the new joiners.
• Preparing contracts and agreements for employees.
• Updating the leave balance.
• Implementing the exit process for departing staff, Termination Letters, Clearances, payments and conducting Exit interviews.
• Following up on the performance management process including probationary reviews, annual reviews, and end of contract reviews.
• Assist the HR Manager in identifying training opportunities and in staff care activities/events.
• Following on the payments in Bekaa Office.
• Identifying and quantifying the needs of centralized purchases, in coordination with the teams.
• Preparing documents for Logistic department as per the financial checklist like PR, PWAR, invoice and receipt in coordination with the Finance department.
Helping with the recruitment process by downloading and shortlisting CVs, performing pre-screening, administering tests and contacting candidates

Working on filing system such as employees’ files.

Helping in collecting the attendance sheets and updating the leave balance.

Follow up with the new joiners on list of documents & set up employee files.

Doing Timesheets.

Preparing the ID badges for the new joiners.

Updating the contact list.
Maintaining an organizing and clear archiving system for all financial and administrative documents.

Preparing separation receipts for each payment and supporting the admin assistant in calling the suppliers to get their payments.

Checking compliance with internal and donor procedures.

Encoding/registration of payments for data entry in related files.

Supporting in preparing the purchase requests, invoices, and payment requests for office & other activities in close coordination with supervisor.
Regularly checking files
