On-Call basis, I facilitate effective communication between applicants and USCIS officers during interviews, ensuring accurate interpretation of sensitive and complex information related to war, conflicts, and persecution. Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive and personal information disclosed during interviews. Adapt to the challenging and emotionally charged context of interviews that could last up to 3 hours, maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout. Ensure clear and accurate interpretation, helping applicants convey their stories, fears, and concerns to USCIS officers. Collaborate closely with USCIS officers to provide accurate translations of documents and interviews, contributing to the overall success of the resettlement process.
Provided customer support via calls and WhatsApp for a diverse range of library-related inquiries. Managed orders for books, stationery, printing services, tickets, ebooks, and novels efficiently. Sent emails to point of sale (POS) systems for order processing. Coordinated the shipment of packages to be picked up by clients, ensuring timely delivery.
• Translated various types of documents from Arabic to English or French, and vice versa, including legal, economic, technical, commercial, medical, and marketing materials,
