In charge of the Phoenician Tower. (150 Rooms & 45 Suites)
•Checking VIPs and Following up on their preferences and special request.
•Following up on diferent assigned projects as per the request of the HOD.
•In charge of the PM shift when needed. (3 days per week)
•Operate within departmental budgets through efective stock, Inventories, cost controls, and Manning.
•Work schedules.
•Handling On the job and of-job training.
•Ensure team members have up-to-date knowledge of all room categories and amenities
•Recruit, manage, train, and develop the Housekeeping team.
•Assist other departments where necessary,
•In charge of the 5-S IHG way of clean toolkit and Audit program.
•Daily room audits on supervisors and reports to the HOD.
•Ensures policies and procedures are well applied.
•Prepare monthly training reports.
•Handling employees' files and documents.
•Follow up on Self dialers performance.
•Attend operational and guest experience meetings with hotel departments.
•Follow up on FLS handicap rooms checking.
•Follow up on weekly checklists (legionella, vacuum…).
•Update HK manual task breakdown.
•Update HK training boards.
•Handle external trainees.
•Handling guests' complaints and reporting them on Glitch Program.
•Reporting Major maintenance issues to the engineering department and continuous follow-up with their management team.
•Environmental procedures (Garbage segregation, Recycling process…).
•Making sure of the implementation of the Fire, Life, and Safety procedure in the daily operation
