Lead and oversee the end-to-end process of concept submission, evaluation, approval, leasing, and F&B/Retail operations management. Coordinate and delegate responsibilities across the team, ensuring effective execution of all project phases, compliance with organizational requirements, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Perform any additional duties assigned by management in support of departmental and organizational objectives.

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project delivery, concept approvals, fit-out progress, leasing milestones, and operator compliance, ensuring timely achievement of departmental targets.
