Project: New U.S. Embassy Compound- Awkar, Lebanon
- Managing the project operations of a section of the 185, 000 m2 project and ensuring delivery compliance with the contract.
- Planning strategic project phases and monitoring progress including schedule updates.
- Conducting daily follow-up on construction activities to assess project performance & ensure comprehensive weekly & monthly status reporting & interim payments.
- Proactively managing subcontractors and confirming compliance to contract terms and conditions.
Project: Beirut Reconstruction Project
- Volunteering to renovate 1000 units damaged by the Beirut Port blast in partnership with Solidarity NGO.
- Surveying the damages and assessing the blast impact.
- Integrating resources and equipment in a timely manner to ensure prompt restoration.
Project: ABC Mall- Verdun
- Managing concrete and fit-out works on the project with a 2.5-year completion duration for a 175, 000 squared meters shopping mall.
- Planning and executing works through the procurement, shop drawings and installation phases including concrete, masonry, plaster, paint, tiling, floor heating, wood ceiling, windows and doors, curtain walls and MEP.
- Ensuring full compliance of works with owner requirements in terms of scope, cost, quality, time, health and safety.
- Preparing submittals and interim reports to consultants and clients
- Reporting ambiguities in drawings and specifications and formulating Requests for
Clarifications to the Engineer
- Studying variation orders and tabulating modifications
- Quantity surveying
- Reviewing drawings and ensuring the conformance of works and alignment with the
Quality Control process
- Coordinating among the subcontractors
- Overseeing the manufacturing process part of the supply chain management
- Tendering and preparing BOQs related to local and international projects
- Completing the needed procurement actions
- Preparing the necessary submittals (Material, Shop Drawing...)
- Coordinating with the Accounts Department for client payments
