 Managerial tasks and responsibilities:

 Managing the testing and implementation of the new project Euronet Credit Cards back office (with the issuer and acquirer modules), as well as all certification required with Visa and MasterCard.
 Managing all regulatory projects with visa and Mastercard, including EMV and PCI.
 Liaising with the credit card department in implementing all new technologies (real time switch availability, compliance reporting requirements…)
 Responsible for the administration of the main Bank of Beirut switch and its related ATM and POS networks, as well as host/authorizer/connections to local and international networks
 Administration of overseas Bank of Beirut Atm switches, including Oman and Australia
 Heading the innovatiom committee related to implementing advanced technologies on ATMs ( Nfc and contactless interfacing, security and compliance standardizations...)
 Managing many Oman projects including EMV OMAN and e- payment gateway with central bank of oman that will be launched soon
 Actively participating in the deployment of the 360 crm view software for branches
 Responsible for orientation sessions on implementing new techologies
 Member of the committee responsible for the migration to the new core banking system mysis fusion banking.
