1. Supervising, leading and managing the team dedicating to the production of accounting and financial statements.
2. Ensuring the reliability of GL of the company in accordance accounting standards and procedures as per local GAAP, IFRS & internal control process.
3. Monitoring and optimizing accounting information systems and management.
4. Overseeing all fiscal and social returns generated from payroll on monthly basis.
5. Controlling the accounting transactions & ledgers.
6. Ensuring compliance of procedures & internal control rules.
7. Following the accounting information systems and management. Ensuring the integrity of data on computer system.
8. Overseeing the periodical tax declarations (Income Tax, PT, VAT, WT etc…)
9. Working closely with financial planning/ Analysis & other departments to assure proper monthly closings
10. Working closely with Internal Audit department to assure proper compliance to policies & procedures.
11. Assuring that all balance sheet acts are reconciled on monthly basis with proper documentation.
12. Assuring that all active suppliers are reconciled once per year with proper documentation.
13. Controlling the cash collection & cash position on daily basis.
14. Working closely with external auditors & tax inspectors to provide requested documents & explanations.
15. Reporting any fraud or anti-compliance issue detected.
16. Knowing the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities, applying integrity in all aspects of professional conduct.

Finance and Administrative Manager: (4 countries / 8 Legal Entities)

 Planning, modeling & deploying.
o Ensure complete, accurate and transparent management accounts are issued every month as per the group reporting calendar to enable budgetary review and decision making.
o Lead the annual budgeting exercise to produce a comprehensive financial budget the correctly reflects the business assumptions for the next year, to enable the company to plan targets and resources to deliver the budget.
o Take actions to improve the cash flow, including reducing trade receivable and supplier payable days where possible and monitoring and helping to reduce inventory levels so that the financing cost and utilization of facilities with banks is minimized

 Execution - Managing operations and reporting
o Control costs so that they do not exceed budget without prior management approval.
o Analyze the current cost and expense structure in order to identify areas of inefficiencies where productivity could be improved.
o Prepare monthly Financial Statements and analysis.
o Monitor cash flow management at entity level.
o Provide ongoing support and help to coordinate Business Manager & finance with HQ.
o Manage the accounting & admin team locally.
o Monitor payables to ensure that suppliers are paid on time as per agreed payment terms

o To lead the hiring of local financial and administrative staff and to provide them with training/development
o Accounting decisions are made mainly independently
