• Finance & Accounts
- Compiling and keeping the financial records, establish and maintain proper record of books/accounts using Excel and Focus Accounting Software and Etqan.
- Analyze all the financial information, post journal entries and reconcile accounts.
- Maintain proper record of books, general ledgers and prepare trial balance, financial statements and reports.
- Calculate and prepare the monthly payroll of the Firm using UAE WPS (wages protection system) salary processing system, bank transfer advise and cheque payments.
- Handling works related to Revenue & A/R accounts such as computation and preparation of Bills/Invoices, Revenue reports and responsible for the collections of receivables.
- Dealing with the Firm expenditures and payables (i.e. VAT, utilities and other bill payments) on a regular basis.
- Prepare, complete and submit VAT returns and remittances, pension contributions and other government documents.
- Responsible for the daily cash transactions and monthly cash and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain, compile and prepare yearly financial budget based on estimated revenues, expenses and previous budgets.
- Prepare cost analysis and cash flow reports.
- Responsible for the Client’s accounts & payments on their government department’s fees
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports as requested by the Management.
- Supervising the Account assistant and Administrative Staff and performed other financial tasks as assigned
• Other Assigned Duties (Human Resources & Administration)
- Drafting of Quotation, Legal Services offer and Annual Legal Services Agreements
- Maintaining daily attendance register and checking for the employee entries and enter all the final details to calculate the monthly pay of the employees.
- Circulating administrative decisions and passing these Circulars to all Departments & Sections.
- Maintaining & updating employees’ records.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
• External Auditor:
- Planning and scheduling of audit fieldwork.
- Prepares audit program and procedures for the conduct of financial audit.
- Communication with client and coordinate with manager and supervisor during planning.
- Performs audit fieldwork (such as evidence gathering and documentation).
- Discusses the accounting issues with the manager and suggests solutions.
- Prepares audited financial statements.
- Performs other related duties assigned.
• Internal Auditor:
- Develops a comprehensive internal audit plan; formulates audit program and procedures for the conduct of systems audit.
- Ensures that the systems established provides reasonable assurances and protection and are in compliance with the Company's policies and procedures.
- Prepares formal audit reports with findings and recommendations to the Management to correct weaknesses and installs internal controls.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyses financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports of operations, expenditure reports, statistical data, and other information concerning financial requirements; assists in gathering and reviewing data for preparation of budget work programs.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and other reconciling items.
- Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
- Other duties as assigned
