Duties and responsibilities (1)
• Responsible for Correspondence from Dnata, Dubai Airport, GCAA and any other email regarding with the disputed items and accounting issues.
• Supervise that all Invoices we’re done on time.
• Submission of Financial Report on Sales, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable and other accounts needed.
• Preparation of Cash Flows and Inflows.
• Monthly Financial Report on Sales, Refunds and other Penalties submitted on before 10th day of the following month including statement of account.(Client)
• Preparation Aging of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
• Checking and verifying suppliers Invoices on terms of payment.
• Reconciliation of Accounts and related transaction.
• Vouching the Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
• Reviewing journal entries and Ledger and other accounts.
• Quarterly, Yearly Revenue, Profit and Loss Submission.
• Other Financial Report needed by the Management.
