Job Responsibility
➢ Responsible for filing the tenders and for all the activities related to tender preparation for Central Agency for Public Tenders, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Electricity & Water, Public Authority of Food & Nutrition (PAFN), Kuwait University, KNPC, KOC, Kuwait Institute of Scientific Research (KISR) & private markets.
➢ Providing clerical and administrative support for the Company management.
➢ Prepare orders, communication with distributors in local & foreign markets.
➢ Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
➢ Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
➢ Make travel arrangements for executives.
➢ Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Zebras (Zenologics Enterprise Business Resource Analysis Suite) software programs
➢ Utilizing organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills to propel teams and operations to peak results.
Placing orders as a Purchasing Assistant with Foreign companies, ensuring timely product delivery,
and following up on issues and concerns to mitigate errors and missing inventory.
➢ Possessing expertise in collecting product data, facilitating smooth shipments, communicating
between a variety of teams and departments, and utilizing problem-solving abilities to ensure
seamless operations.
➢ Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Zebras (Zenologics Enterprise Business
Resource Analysis Suite) software programs
➢ Utilizing organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills to propel teams and operations to
peak results.
Supervising the floor (team) for monitoring the work and resolving issues.
➢ Coordinating and guiding the junior team members for the job related queries.
➢ Resolving the customer queries and escalations over emails and calls.
➢ Ensuring that the customer specific Service level Agreements (TAT & Accuracy) are met by
coordinating with the QC team.
