Manage facilities operations and maintenance

Lead the emergency response team and initiate BCP as needed
Management of contractual KPIs and SLA of maintenance service provider
Manage the operation and maintenance for assigned facilities and assist in the development of operational and capital budget
Plan, implement and supervise all mechanical and electrical operations, as well as maintenance and energy management systems
Schedule preventive maintenance, contracted maintenance and general maintenance with minimum disruption of operations
Inspect assigned building systems including HVAC, electrical, fire and life safety system, low current and kitchen equipment
Regularly liaise with the end-user of the facilities to identify underlying problems
Coordinate the input and output of the preventive maintenance system and review the status monthly
Audit and monitor spare parts inventory and purchase order release
Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed, including an active role in safety and incident handling and response
Demonstrate constructive approach for utilizing SAP PM and MM
Prepare, update and develop any uprising SOP needed for maintenance operation
Manage and oversee third-party contractors to ensure adherence to health and safety policies and quality of works
Manage project execution, meet with stakeholders, and provide EILs (exemption item list)
Participate in commissioning and system acceptance test prior to handover
