As a head chef i designate kitchen workers to their own assignments and duty.I do menu planning with the executive chef and help to demonstrate and implement to my team.I do paper works such as wet and dry item receiving, controlling and ending inventory.I do items requesition as well as marketing of unavailable items.i supervise kitchen staff to their work and always inform to adhere to a given standard.I am in charge of the cleanliness of the whole kitchen area.I do plating bulk orders production.making sauces and soups during busy time.I do different kinds of sandwiches and open faced sandwich.I help to create new menu for our in store promotion.
