Managed the overall operations of the construction division which involves simultaneous and multiple civil infrastructures, roads, utilities and Horizontal Directional Drilling and thrust boring works for various utility works under Qatar Energy, Kahramaa, Ashghal. QNBN, QAF & Ooredoo projects. Lead the organization’s operations - coordinating and meeting with clients, proponents, other stakeholders and the team from project initiation to project completion. Directly involved in assessing the technical feasibility of the project, providing technical & commercial proposals for submission to the clients. Preparations of project execution, quality, health & safety plans. Develop resource and budget plans and implement operational strategies. Ensure the works are executed as per the contract requirements and specifications, monitoring work progress and submission of request for interim payments until the issuance of the final completion, hand-over and defects liability certificates as required under the contract. Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure construction standards are met. Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with health and safety regulations. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal impact on the project. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Monitor and report on project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct project close-out activities, including final reports, lessons learned, and handover to operations

Duties & Responsibilities :
* Responsible for the day to day operation of the site civil & structural construction
works; plan, organize, direct and monitor site construction activities.
* Prepare construction work plans, methodologies, and schedule of activities.
* Prepare manpower and equipment requirement plans, initiate material requisitions
and ensure its timely availability on site for effective utilization of the resources.
* Coordinate with various departments such as QA/QC, Engineering/Design
departments, third party vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Initiate Request for
Inspections, submit Technical Appraisal of Materials, Tie-in Procedures, Test
Packages, raise Technical Queries, and propose Field Design Change as necessary.
* Supervise site construction activities, provide technical support and direction to the
construction team; ensure works are carried out in accordance with the approved
drawings, specifications and standards and ensure compliance to quality
requirements.
* Communicate and coordinate the plan, progress and status of the project in regular
basis in status reports and coordination meetings with the Proponent.
* Ensure safety at all times, prepare Job Safety Analysis, encourage a safe working
environment, and regularly conduct safety toolbox meeting with the crews.

Duties & Responsibilities :
* Responsible for the overall operation of the civil and structural works; plan, organize
and monitor site construction activities, and supervise crews and subcontractors as
required to complete the project on schedule and within budget.
* Prepare technical specifications, inspection checklists, inspection test plan,
construction procedures and process control sheets.
* Prepare scope of works, construction work plans and schedule of activities with
resource and cost loading.
* Prepare estimates of quantities of materials, labor and equipment and develop cost
overview and analysis.
* Supervise site construction activities; ensure works are carried out in accordance
with the approved drawings and specifications and in compliance with quality
requirements.
* Monitor construction progress, prepare progress reports, evaluate against the plan
and propose necessary actions to keep the progress on the right path.
* Initiate request for inspection from QC and Client and coordinate with third party
testing facility for the required tests to close out the inspection checklists.
* Evaluate subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare subcontract and supply agreement.

Duties & Responsibilities :
* Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera Project Planner version 3.0
(P3).
* Develop progress measurement system. Monitor and evaluate progress according
to the system and generate progress reports.
* Update work schedules regularly. Evaluate and analyze the progress against the
schedule, identify current and future concerns and proposed necessary steps to
avoid deviation from the baseline schedule.
* Prepare forecasts and presentations of project status for construction management
and coordination meetings.

Duties & Responsibilities :
* Responsible for the overall operation of the civil and structural works; plan,
organize, direct and monitor site construction activities.
* Prepare survey reports, evaluate site conditions, and gather actual topographic and
geologic data to aid the design team.
* Prepare design calculations for structures such as foundations for equipment,
shelters, tanks, solar panels, fencing, protections at road crossings etc.
* Prepare technical specifications, inspection checklists, construction procedures and
process control sheets.
* Prepare scope of works, construction work plans and schedule of activities with
resource loading and cost overview.
* Supervise site construction activities; ensure works are carried out in accordance
with the approved drawings and specifications and complies with quality
requirements.
* Initiate request for inspection from QC department and client’s representative and
coordinate with third party testing services to conduct required test and close out
the inspection checklists.
* Monitor construction progress, prepare progress reports and evaluate against the
plan and propose necessary actions to keep the progress on the right track.
* Evaluate subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare subcontract and supply agreement.

Duties & Responsibilities :
* Prepare, update and maintain working level project schedules. Submit weekly and
monthly look-ahead schedules to the project management and to client’s
representative.
* Develop construction progress measurement system. Monitor and evaluate
progress according to the system and generate daily, weekly and monthly progress
reports.
* Prepare process control sheets for each structure and gather all inspection
checklists.
* Prepare Progress Verification Certificates for claiming the payments for the progress
achieved.
* Provide technical support and direction to the construction team, interpret
approved drawings, create detailed sketches and raised engineering field change
request as necessary.
* Prepare construction work plans and procedures for client’s approval.
* Review drawings and prepare technical specifications for client’s approval.

* Estimate of quantity of materials, labor and equipment and prepare Bill of
Materials, schedules, and S-curves.

manpower and equipment are utilized effectively.
* Supervised site construction activities; ensure works are carried out in accordance
with the approved drawings and specifications.
* Provide technical support and direction to the construction team, interpret
approved drawings, and create shop or detailed sketches.
* Coordinate with various agencies for the necessary permits.
* Coordinate with the client regarding the project progress status and request for
billing and payment process.
