• To build the valve repair and testing workshop, fully equipped, with all necessary tools, pumps, test benches, test cells, nitrogen bay, air compressor c/w air system, nitrogen system c/w nitrogen balloons, water system c/w water tanks and pumps. • Processing work through the planning department, receipt of equipment, strip down, inspection failure mode analysis and identifying spares required.

Having started as valve technician I have been sent to Scotland to raise my level of skills for 2.5 years (from 2005 till 2007). Being in Scotland I have worked in the following departments:
Machine Shop - reading the drawings, manufacturing valve’s components and machining new components, measuring the old components, checking with standards and tolerances, after that giving the engineering solutions for machining, machining stems, seats, bonnets, keys and other components for the different kind of valves.
Actuators and Control Panels - disassembly, inspection, refurbishment, assembly and testing of Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Electrical Actuators. Assembly and Testing of Control Panels
Quality Assurance - calculating valve pressure based on valves configuration in accordance with current QA legislation, Preparation valve’s certification package.
Valve Shop - disassembly, measurement and inspection, refurbishment, providing with engineering solutions for new components, assembly and testing the different types of valves
Control Valves - adjusting pneumatic and digital positioners for control valves, making the tubing and testing along with actuators. Disassembly, Inspection, refurbishment and testing the control valves. Checking the travel in accordance with the size.
BPX - testing, palletizing, QA inspection and dispatching new valves.
Materials Control - checking goods on arrival, registering them into the system, assign location for each new component or equipment, control whole stock via database, issue unique numbers and particular job numbers for any new component or job
